Manaslu Circuit Trek - 14 Days
The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a trekking journey that encircles the mighty Manaslu (8,163m/26,781.5ft), the eighth highest peak on Earth. Situated to the east of the world renowned Annapurna Massif, this trek embodies the very essence of Nepal's enchanting trekking allure.
Despite being one of the most scenically gifted regions out there, the Manaslu Circuit remains a relatively off-the-beaten-path trek, partly due to its challenging terrain. This trek showcases a blend of lively culture, wild nature, and breathtaking scenery. The trail of Manaslu Circuit starts from the stepped lowlands with terraced fields of rice and millets, into the deep Budhi Gandaki gorge, where turquoise waters and cascading waterfalls create a mesmerizing spectacle.
As you trek through a landscape dotted with suspension bridges and skirt along the Nepal-Tibet border, the trek culminates at the Larkya La pass. At this dizzying height of 5,160 meters, an amazing view opens up – a front-row view of Manaslu and its neighboring peaks unfold. In this heaven like place, the Himalayas show their soul, leaving you forever amazed by the wonderful rewards given to those who take on this culturally rich and scenically amazing journey.
